General 1) Objectives Of Agreement This Agreement is to make rules to use conditions, process and other necessory requirements of information service of 'ICbank' provided by PowerCom Co. 2) Effect And Modification Of Agreement This Agreement is effective by notifying to users on 'Use Agreement'. 'ICbank' reserves the right to change the TOS or policies regarding the use of the Services at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the TOS on the official announcement. You are responsible for reviewing the TOS regularly. 3) Practices Except Agreement If Practices uncontaining on this Agreement is subject to applicable laws and legal process, it comply with this law. 2. Member Registration 1) TOS Constitution a) The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you 'ICbank', and governs you use of the service. b) You must complete the registrarion process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Registration Form, when useing certaion information services as a member. c) User's ID must be connected with his or her real name d) We reject to the followings; - In case of stealing other's name - In case of making a false repont on the information use application - In case of hindering public order or time-honored social morals 3. The Use Of Information Service 1) Service Opening Date 'ICbank' provides its service to you since our approval date. 2) Service Using Date a) Service use is open through the year and 24 hours a day except some particular business or technical situations. b) We may stop offering our services in the following cases; - transfer of servie equipments - a regular check - unavoidable repairing or constructing situation - stopping telecommunication by communication company - national emergency - power failure - some equipment problems or some difficult situations to offer other normal services c) Athough you have registered as a member, you can be restricted to use certain services according to you age. 3) Management Of Member's ID a) You are responsible for maintaing the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. b) Because we manage our members through member's ID, we can limit the change of member's ID. c) You are fully responsible for mistakes in use or unfair use by the third party about a member's account and password. But if there is our intention or great mistake, we are responsible for it. d) We can cancel or stop the member's qualifacation in the following cases; - In case of 1)-d) - In case of rejecting the modification of the change of member's information. 4. Obligation 1) Company's Obligation a) We allow you to use the services you requested except special situation. b) We are bound to provide services continually and securely according to this Agreement. c) Registration Data and certain other Information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. We must not reveal Personal Information without your prior permission, except demand of government by telecommunication related law. 2.
